SUNCO ENGINEERING SERVICES COMPANY LIMITED is a registered Civil Engineering Construction Firm that is managed by the Principal Director who has a wealth of experience in Civil Engineering Construction and related works.

The Managing Director, Mr. Cobee Singh has been engaged in a senior capacity with a reputable Civil Engineering Construction Firm for over Fifteen Years and has personally established a proven track record in the execution of Civil Engineering Works.

The Managing Director of Sunco Engineering Services Company Limited has been directly involved in the following capacity on a number of large scale Civil Engineering Projects:

Tender Preparation
Plant, Labour and Material Procurement
Interfacing with financial Institutions and negotiating financing facilities
On site Project Administration, ensuring timely allocation of resources to effect expeditious completion of Contracts.
Interfacing with members of design team re: variation in design etc.
Preparation of Payment Certificate
Settlement of Contractual Issues.
Off-Site i.e. office management and co-ordination

The wealth of experience of the Managing Director is supplemented by the technical support services of an established engineering consultancy firm that is engaged by SUNCO Engineering Services Company Limited on a project-by-project basis. This combination serves to ensure diligent performance in all aspects of the Firm’s Civil Engineering Works.

The company has recently completed all the civil and infrastructure works, including underground pipeline installation, for the Cliffs and Associates Ltd, Circored Project at Point Lisas and are currently involved in the construction of Endeavour Road Bridge for the Ministry of Local Government and Access Roads at La Brea Industrial Estate for The National Gas Company. However, we do have substantial spare capacity to undertake any major civil works at this time.

The work undertaken by SUNCO at the Cliffs and Associates Plant included mass haulage of over 175,000 cu.m of sand fill for construction of Ore and Product Pile surcharge areas as well as large-scale landfill operation. During this operation we were able to achieved mass haulage rates in excess of 5,000 cu.m per day. Our company is therefore very experienced in large-scale earthworks operations associated with major infrastructure works.

The company has a full complement of transport and earthworks equipment, which would allow us to achieve the anticipated project schedule for your proposed works. We are therefore available to undertake work on your proposed land development projects and will be pleased to be allowed the opportunity to do so.

Sunco has also successfully completed infrastructure works at the La Brea Industrial Estate and the Savonetta Pier #4 Access Road in Point Lisas for the NGC as well as similar works for PLIPDECO including the recently completed Pacific Avenue Extension.
